Click and type in a question or comment Dear Leslie - I picked this book up in a lesbian-owned sperm bank waiting room--it made me laugh and laugh. But then, I decided NOT to donate. Best wishes, Mike H. Dear Leslie, Do you think that lesbians in Los Angeles, CA have a higher tendency to commit dramatic acts than ones in Eugene, Oregon? In what ways does drama in the two places - polar opposites say some, but both with a high percentage of lezzies - differ? Thanks and keep up the good work! Belinda Jo Emeryphore Dear Belinda Jo As I have lived and created drama in both cities, methinks you are trying to mock me! All best wishes, Leslie Lange Your book is great and very true. One thing that jumped out at me is the question, 'why does a woman want to be with a woman?' considering all the drama, why is it worth it? Many readers are not gay and may need this point to be established. Thanks! Thank you for your excellent question: why does a woman want to be with a woman? Why? Why? Why? Readers who are not gay and are also pondering this, please research the work of James Thurber. I am a 21 year old out drama-avoidant lesbian living in London, I found your book hilarious although, if I lived anywhere near where youre doing your talk I would go not for your witty writing (as some shallow lesbians might, tut) but because youre hot! ;) Sin Dear Sin (did your parents name you that?): Thank you for your kind comments on my book. I hope you can forgive me for adding an exclamation point to the word hot--it seems that maybe it got cut out accidentally! I just bought Dyke Drama this weekend during the Dinah Shore weekend. It is very funny and very true. I know these are real women you speak of...which makes me love my PEACEFUL life w/ my beautiful loving partner all the more wonderful. But thanks for the giggles. Sorry I missed your book signing...any more scheduled in the near future in Palm Springs?--Pamela, Palm Springs November 4th, I'll be reading at Borders Books at The River in Rancho Mirage.--best, LL thank you so much for writing this book! there are no other resources on the subject, and I feel you handled it in a candid, but informative manner. You are funny, too! As a victim of dyke drama (classes I-IV) and the perpetrator of dyke drama, it is nice to know that there are others out there suffering with me. Write more books!--Ashley from San Francisco, CA Thanks, Ashley--it means a lot to me that you took time out from your busy prison-yard bullying schedule just to write me this lovely note. Hang in there, and don't let the warden get ya down.--best wishes, LL Any suggestions to improve this site? Click and type in a question or comment Leslie Lange rocks!
